(1) diamond pen dressing wheel
According to the diamond particle size and its distribution in the pen, the diamond pen can be divided into chain, layer, row and powder. The diamond grinding wheel grains are not easy to fall off when the alloy with strong bonding force is used as bonding agent until the grinding is not necessary. It can be seen that diamond pens are also suitable for dressing diamond grinders.
(2) roller dressing for grinding wheels.
The diamond grinding wheel is dressed by rolling method. The grinding wheel rotates (made of metal, cemented carbide or abrasive) at a speed of 1~2m/s by deceleration. The abrasive grains on the surface of the diamond grinding wheel are crushed or peeled off by the pressure of the diamond grinding wheel roller added to the grinding wheel about 3-5 MPa. The grinding wheel dressed by rolling method has better cutting performance and lower cost, but the surface roughness of the grinded workpiece is coarse, the rolling wheel is easy to wear, the life is short, and the precision is easy to lose. Therefore, this dressing method is mainly used for forming with small volume and low accuracy.
The hardness of the grinding wheel is better than that of the grinding wheel, otherwise the grinding wheel will cause partial distortion.
