抛光机注意哪些问题

一、避免电线被碾压、拉扯及磨损

　　在抛光机工作时主要是通过电源，如果电源线出现了一些问题，那么就会造成机器不能正常运转，严重的时候还会造成人员的伤亡，所以在工作时一定要注意电源线的保护措施。

　　二、检查抛光垫是否有杂物或者是纱绳缠绕

　　这样做的目的主要是防止皮带断裂，因为如果有杂物和纱绳缠绕的话，就会增加马达的运转阻力，会使马达声增大，最终会导致皮带断裂。
