温度对抛光速度的影响

抛光机在对物件进行抛光的时分，抛光机抛光的温度对整平速度的影响很大。表现在两个方面：

1.在必定的温度规模之内，跟着自动抛光机抛光温度的升高，溶解进程加强，漆膜外表的整平速度随温度的升高而加速，但不明显。

2.当抛光机抛光的温度太低时，对溶解产品的分散晦气；而温度太高时则简单形成外表过热而损伤漆膜。普通情况下，整平转速在1400-1800r/min的规模内时作用最理想。
